How do you select the designers and products offered for sale?

The Closetista team hand picks the designers we work with. We carefully look at the brand's collection and the story behind the designer(s). Because we broadcast interviews with the designers, it is important for us to partner with people that we trust and believe in, whose work we can stand behind.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We use the United States Postal Service and its international shipping rates. It is the responsibility of the customer to know if there are additional duties or taxes upon receipt in your country. 

How much does shipping cost?

We are trying to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible, so at times we provide coupon codes to reduce shipping costs. Sign up for our eNewsletter to receive the discounted rates. Our standard S/H rates start at $5.00 for USPS Priority. Also, orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Shipping in the continental United States.

What is your return policy?

As a customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the event that you would like a refund or an exchange, please email returns@closetista.com within 5 days of receipt of the piece and we will provide you with return instructions. Once we have received the piece, Closetista will refund you unless you have opted for an exchange. All returns must be in unworn, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

There are no returns for “made-to-order pieces” or merchandise purchased pursuant to any contest Closetista may be running. Sorry.

In order to be returned, the item being returned must be in saleable condition, merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. All returns must have all original tags attached.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee.

Merchandise in saleable condition must be returned for within 14 days of shipping date, or exchanged for store credit or for equivalent merchandise within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns.

To receive a return authorization number, email returns@closetista.com, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Closetista will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. Closetista will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your statement. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
